1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 8 Bet Game, making a deposit, accessing any game or otherwise using this platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered through 8 Bet Game, including Slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, Fish Games and any future features added to the platform. They apply to the website and to the 8 Bet Game mobile application for Android and iOS.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any other person under any circumstances.

All activity that occurs on your account while logged in will be treated as having been carried out by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team at [email protected] immediately.

• Do not use the same password across multiple platforms or services.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.
• Never share screenshots of your account balance, transaction history or personal details in public forums.

8 Bet Game cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

4 Deposits and Payments in PKR

All transactions on 8 Bet Game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not apply currency conversion charges on deposits or withdrawals.

The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• Easypaisa — instant deposit via mobile wallet
• Raast — instant bank transfer via Pakistan's interbank payment system
• Bank Transfer — standard transfer from any Pakistani bank account

Deposits are credited to your account balance in PKR as soon as the funds are confirmed on our end. For JazzCash and Easypaisa this is typically instant. For bank transfers, processing time depends on the sending bank and may take slightly longer.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or receiving deposits from third parties into your 8 Bet Game account, is not permitted and may result in account suspension.

5 Withdrawals

You may withdraw your available balance at any time, subject to any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses currently active on your account. Your withdrawal will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible.

Withdrawals are paid in PKR. Supported withdrawal channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and standard bank transfer to Pakistani bank accounts.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by our payments team. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically handled promptly.
• For larger PKR withdrawal amounts, bank transfer via Raast or standard bank transfer is recommended as mobile wallets may have per-transaction ceilings.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is released, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

8 Bet Game does not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are outside our control.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

8 Bet Game may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which will be stated clearly at the point of offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above only.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household or per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement and any game-type restrictions will be stated on the promotion page.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or applied to another account.
• 8 Bet Game reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus at any time. In such cases, any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured unless the modification relates to suspected abuse.

7 ">Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on 8 Bet Game — including Slots, Live Casino tables, Fish Games and any other game category — operate according to their own specific rules provided by the respective game provider. By playing any game on the platform you agree to abide by those rules.

Slot games on 8 Bet Game use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each spin outcome is independent of previous spins. RTP (Return to Player) figures for individual games are published within each game's information panel.

• Game outcomes are final once a round has completed. No dispute will be accepted on the basis that a different outcome was expected.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to your balance. Wins generated during a faulty round will not be paid.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through software, exploits or any other technical means will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
• 8 Bet Game reserves the right to withhold winnings where there is reasonable evidence of game manipulation or exploitation of a software error.

Live Casino games are managed by the respective live dealer studio. In cases of dispute regarding a Live Casino round, the studio's own recorded logs and decision will be final.

8 Sports Betting Rules

8 Bet Game's Sports Betting section covers Cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals and other international cricket fixtures — as well as Football, Esports and other sports as available.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed.
• Once a bet has been confirmed it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where a Cash Out option is available and displayed on the bet.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time during a live event. Bets already confirmed before a suspension will stand unless the event is voided.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• For PSL and other Cricket matches, weather interruptions that result in a revised target (e.g. DLS method) will not affect settled bets — the official result as declared by the match authorities will be used for settlement.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the betting interface.

8 Bet Game reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a pricing error. In such cases the stake will be returned to the player's account balance in PKR.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 8 Bet Game. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information at any stage.
• Using software bots, scripts, automated tools or any technology designed to give an unfair advantage in games or betting.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings generated through a known bug must be reported and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players — for example coordinating bets or game strategies to extract guaranteed returns.
• Attempting to launder funds through deposits, gameplay and withdrawals. All transactions are monitored and suspicious activity will be reported.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than genuine personal entertainment.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players or interfering with the operation of the platform in any way.

11 Suspension and Account Closure

8 Bet Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud or payment fraud.
• Suspected underage use of the platform.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable time frame.
• Placing bets that are found to have been made with advance knowledge of an outcome (match-fixing).

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held at the time of suspension will be maintained and returned if the investigation resolves in the player's favour. Where an account is closed for a confirmed breach of these terms, 8 Bet Game reserves the right to withhold any balance.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (after applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered PKR payment method.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 8 Bet Game platform — including but not limited to the 8 Bet Game name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces and written content — is the intellectual property of 8 Bet Game or its respective licensors.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish or otherwise use any content from this platform for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of content for the purpose of accessing and enjoying the platform's services is permitted.

Game content, including game artwork, mechanics and sound, remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft and others) and is governed by their own licensing terms.

13 Limitation of Liability

8 Bet Game provides this platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform running smoothly and reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.

• 8 Bet Game is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, internet connectivity issues or device problems on the player's side.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses of any kind arising from the use of the platform.
• Our maximum liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the balance held in that player's account at the time of the incident.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14 Privacy and Data

If changes are material — for example changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details on their account before the changes take effect.

Continuing to use 8 Bet Game after updated Terms and Conditions have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
